Cookie Policy

This website uses cookies and browser storage for it to work correctly, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to provide live chat support.

Last updated: August 5, 2026

Please note: This page is maintained by the Nubiux team to answer common questions about our service. It is a general summary and not legal advice. Write to us if you need clarification before purchasing.

What we store

Language preference: we save your choice between English and Spanish in your browser's local storage so the site opens in the same language next time.

Technical requests: our servers log basic request data such as IP address and browser type for security and diagnostics. This is not a cookie and is not used to profile you.

Advertising and measurement (Meta Pixel)

Our website and our billing area (billing.nubiux.com) use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms. It sets cookies and sends Meta information about your visit and actions (pages viewed, plan selected, sign-up, and purchase value), together with technical data such as your IP address and browser. We use it to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy and may use it for its own purposes. You can block it by rejecting or deleting cookies in your browser, using a tracker-blocking extension, or adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook account.

Live chat (Tawk.to)

We use the Tawk.to chat widget to answer your questions. It may set cookies and receive your IP address, browser data and the messages you send, under Tawk.to's own privacy policy.

Third-party content

Some elements are loaded from external services, such as the PayPal logo and web fonts. Those providers may receive your IP address as part of the request, as happens with any embedded resource.

Managing your choices

You can clear or block cookies and local storage from your browser settings at any time. If you clear the language preference the site simply opens in its default language.
